COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
To submit a job application through the “Jobs” section in Red Points’ website, or while sending physically or electronically the information to Red Points, the candidate must fill in the registration form with the following data: name, surname, email, phone number, complete mailing address. The candidate will also need to attach its Curriculum Vitae for the creation of the candidate’s account and candidate profile (your “Personal Data”).
The candidate’s Personal Data will be processed by Red Points in order to manage the recruiting process, analyse the application and, if the candidate meets Red Points’ needs, in order to enable Red Points to contact the candidate to offer him/her a job at Red Points. Moreover, Red Points performs statistical studies of the recruitment processes.
The legal basis of the processing is the informed and express consent of the candidate, who may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to such withdrawal.
Red Points hereby informs the candidate that his/her Personal Data that will not be used for other purposes than those established in this specific Jobs Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Policy.
WHO MAY ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Under Red Points’ legitimate interest, the candidate’s Personal Data will currently be transferred to Red Points’ service provider, Bamboo HR, located in USA, which complies with the adequacy guarantees of the US-EU Privacy Shield, on the legal basis of legitimate interest. In any case, under Red Points’ legitimate interest, your Personal Data may also be transferred to other providers and jurisdictions.
